PS2 you say? Gamecube? Come come now you fools. Anyone with half a brain and eyes to see can tell that XBOX is simply......the best.

Ah, a new member, Welcome. PS2 is the best system, in my opinion. X-box was cool for awhile but the stupid thing kept freezing on me. I had to return it and it turns out that several other people did too for the same reasons. Eh, I'm not much of a gamer (I don't venture in this board much) so I'm not the expert at these things.

I like them all,but overall I would have to say that PS2 comes out on top.

Well PS2 is the obvious choice, cuz it has the biggest library and the biggest fan base.
The GC is great because of its first party titles, like Mario, Metroid, Zelda, and all the rest. But its third party support blows.
The X-box is in my opinion the worst of the three. I only have 3 games for it, but pretty much only play Halo. Without Halo, X-box would be screwed. Hell, thats the reason i bought one.

don't forget about xbox live, unreal, mechwarrior, steel battalion, star wars KOTOR. i'm sure there are more, 2 PC ports coming soon that no other system has them on their shcedules , nor could they support those games (Half Life 2, and Doom 3)

That sounds like a library pretty much based on FPS games. I mean sure, they want to appeal to a maure audience, but lets have ourselves a bit of variety.

Yea,I am starting to hate FPS games.There are way too many of them,it is like overkill.The only ones I'll play these days are Halo and Unreal(gotta get my Xbox Live on).

I STILL only have 1/3 Next Gen consoles (Xbox being the one I have), even though the gamecubes down to US$99 here. They all have their own good quailties, which cancel each one out to being the best.

sounds pretty desperate to me people. want to know why gamecube is the worst of the three. no third party support. people can't spend 3 months on one pretty good game waiting for the next pretty good game. there needs to be variety
