Hilarious. Or, if you give your girl friend a shot in the eye, maybe you can get arrested for homicide.

You can become a born again virgin. And wrong forum man... born again virgin? once you have willful sex (not rape in my qualifications)...then you lost your sexual virginity and purity to that point...

If you want to go by the meaning of the word, even if you're raped you've lost your virginity. I don't see why people make it seem so important though. I mean, why the hell do we even have a word for it?

I don't see why people make it seem so important though. I mean, why the hell do we even have a word for it? After researching matrimony for Morality class, I actually know this (as far as the Catholic Church is concerened.) Anyways, God gives us the gift of virginity, and sex is a sacred thing, so having sex is supposed to be something meaningful. And since you are only supposed to have sex with one partner in your whole life (your spouse), "losing" virginity is meaningful. So the Catholic Church says. So many rules... can't we just love Jesus?

So many rules... can't we just love Jesus? I see where you're going with this, but I think that people stress the whole virginity thing too much. I guess that the point that I was trying to make was that a person should have no need to say that they're a virgin if they aren't married because this should be assumed and in my opinion, premarital sex is wrong. I don't really know how to work my beliefs though. Basically, a person has no need to lose their virginity outside of marriage, so if everyone follows this moral path there should be no need for the word virgin and any of its various forms. I understand that this is kinda confusing, so you guys can point out parts that you don't understand.

Oxford English Dictionary says:
Virginity: state of being a virgin
okay lets look up virgin
Virgin: person who has never had sexual intercourse
lets look up sexual intercourse
sexual intercourse: method of reproduction involving insertion of the you know what into the you also know what usually followed by you know what
so what have we learned?
A virgin is someone who has never had sexual intercourse. Thus someone who is raped is not a virgin.
Sexual intercourse doesn't have to be your own will. Rape is a sad thing, but it happens and rapists should receive severe punishment.
