even if you get raped you are technically considered "not a virgin"
but if there was ever a situation of rape, incest, or something like that, i would really think that that girl was a "virgin" if someone can't help it if someone forces them to have sex, i don' think that they should be called a non-virgin. it doesn't seem fair to me. anyway, i would still consider them a virgin.

If they engaged in the act then they are no longer a virgin. I don't see why people put so much stress on a word.

i have to agree with swannys last comment, i asked my religion teacher about that once, but he said that they would not be considered a virgin, but i think God will still consider a girl one, if she was forced

I don't think God cares about a word, but what he does care about it that the girl is not culpable for the act.
