You're not helping anyone by not contributing to the topic at hand. umm...i did contribute to the topic at hand, and i will read them, just not for a while, and in small dosages...i appreciate greatly your effort to post them, but they are long, and will not be read immedeately by me...i was just letting you know...and also... i was contributing, i commented on the question at hand... |

yeah clump...i dont wanna read those...but thanks...umm... about the burrito, how about he makes it so hot jesus cannot eat it, but he can...so God cannot, yet God can... answered...its beyond our typical logic... also...a rock so heavy he cannot lift, ok, he cant, then he empowers me to lift it, so it is his power, and his doing channeled through me, as so he does not litteraly do it, but he has all the power and beyond to do it... No if God created a rock that even he can't lift Jesus...its still God's power being chanlled thorugh a man, however its still God hence he can't lif it. |

the question did not rule out the paradox...and it doesnt matter...its a stupid question...i think...its pointless... The question is a paradox. That's the point, even if it doesn't work because Fundie's can screw with it, like I said. It shows that omnipotence is a logical impossibility. Therefore, the entire concept of "God" is impossible, at least in the way the Bible states... |

to deem oneself worthy of defining God, when the very notion of an almighty essence in comparison to a human's very limited perspective is impossible. God is a like a cube whose sides extend infinitely in all directions. The universe is merely a plane/side of this cube, and living beings represent a point on this plane. when a being dies, Heaven is essentially when a limited point that becomes a line, which intersects and communes with God infinitely in one direction, thus Heaven is infinite and not, at the same time.
There is nothing outside of the cube, and indeed nothing could exist outside the cube.
I realize this makes me sound like...well, like everyone complains William sounds (basically i sound like "Jesus") however, if anyone (and im looking at shope and casty mcfascist) gives me a hard time, you better believe ill kick your ass

In the view of deism and other religions, god IS nature, he IS the universe. It is not a separate entity at all. Also, what if I don't believe in "heaven" or "hell." What if time is all cyclic and we are destined to be remanifested in this world? How is that explained Mr. Geometry? I can define god as much as I want. It is governed by the same principles of the universe that we are... |

really...thats a waste of time and energy and rude...
but christianity is not too resticting, its just set, all peganisms are very open to your own input, becaue they dont have a truth. how can you say you believe in a 'religion' that has no guidelines and no set truth, its not something to believe in then, its a label for your own personal designed plans and beliefs...
and just because we cant comprehend it doesnt mean its impossible...just contributes to our stupidity, we used to not understand the earths sphericalnessity...(circleness...) now its common, so maybe we will...but enough about that...how about a little...cheese cake...
