Yeah its been a ........ good......... discusion i could say. Some insults thrown, but some good points made. I started it just to get some opinions and make a case, and i got both. But hey, its clear as day to me that homosexuality is wrong, however, i do not in any way persecute gays themselves. I as a Catholic stand by the teachings of the Church, and so I argue those points. Seeing that many people here aren't Catholics, or even Christians, i think the discussion was enjoyable to say the least  . All is well ;D |

It isn't.Some people on just set on that it is wrong.I think gay sex is wrong,but just being gay is not wrong. Partly what u said is right Scott. Gay sex is definitely wrong. But i disagree on the fact that being gay is not wrong, b/c it is, but its not as bad as having gay sex. The Catechism also says that even homosexuals must be chaste, entirely, b/c they are supposed to be chaste outside of marriage and since gays can't be "married" they must be chaste in their "married" state as well. this doesn't make a whole lot of sence because because i don't know of too many people that are gay that aren't having gay sex. your saying gay people aren't bad, but gay sex is, well gay people have gay sex thats why they are gay, that is the whole damn point. you can't draw a line between those two respects. |

Dammit to hell, there ya go with that religion stuff again. Think outside religion. A book about God is in no way the authority on buttsex. Just thnk about it from a normal point of view. Why should it matter what hole a dick goes in? And why wouldn't you want gay marriage? Now you're just starting to sound like Dubya. When people get married, if anything they STOP having sex. There isn't a thing wrong with gay sex. It's just a way of expressing strong intimacy and affection.

Well the way I see it is thatsex is to produce offspring,not to see how many times you can fudge in one night.
No gay sex makes no babies,so I thinks it is wrong.

Man, everybody is bringing up good points I don't know who to agree with well ,yeah I do I agree with scott' I mean that is really the whole reason what sex is for is to have babies sure it feels good but that is its main reason.

No gay sex makes no babies,so I thinks it is wrong. thats also why condoms are a sin. this supports scotts statement because if sex is to make babies and you use a tool to stop the baby making then thats a sin so therefor if u have sex with someone and a baby is not a result, unless there are fertillity problems, then it is not right |
