I hate having to read and watch at the same time. Is it relly that big of a deal? A lot of people say that it's too hard and you miss stuff, and maybe it's just me,but don't have any trouble with it.Oh well, who knows.

Scott, I got an idea. Seeing as I've never seen a sub-, I am a little out of the loop. What's the probability I can borrow a sub from you for a small amount of time to see what all the hype's about?

i honestly think it could go either way, it all depends on what you are watching, and how well its dubbed/subbed...

In the other forums I'm in, it gets violent... Yes,same with me.That is why I called it the 'ongoing battle'.But people here are more laid back I guess, which is cool.

I've never had trouble reading and watching. You still get into the film/cartoon. If anything, it amkes you pay attention to details more because you look for them more because you're in a "rush". I see everything when there are sub-titles. But that's me...

thats true, and i agree. however, if a movie is poorly dubbed, it may throw you off greatly. well, i know some movies have done that to me...

studies prove that women are inherently better multi taskers...
but i dont see the big deal...except i think that a better translation or better (more natural voice) can come from a dub...or the sound of a character in that seociety can be better acheived...and to heat it up...
SUBBERS SUCK...BURN!!! <<sarcasm......

i think that a better translation or better (more natural voice) can come from a dub I hope you don't mean translation of a word, because that is usualy screwed up with the dub. They usually change lots of the words and it just doesn't work out.It isn't how it was ment to be.
