Even mentioning a death threat to a nine year old could scar him for life. That should be considered

That same nine year old replied in the Porno thread that he'd wish he could see some porno. And you'd think that with all the stuff happening in Iraq and news, that he wouldn't be so shocked. I read the post and didn't see any threats...

hah...i didnt threaten him...plus...hes nine, and i think he shouldnt know of porn, so thats a bigger issue...
on top of that...people out of college dont typically work (as their career) as a cashier in a store...thats typically a day job, or part time, or temporarial...because otherwise its a waste of having gone to college...i think...because you could have done that without college...

Yeah i find it hard to believe that he was serious about that death threat. I don't want to believe it, but the evidence would suggest......
Anyway, so what if he's 9. If he's posting on here he's subject to whatever goes around. If he can type and use the internet, he should be old enough to see whats on it. Although he may be a little young for porno, haha

yeah......its good to have fun in college. Everyone actually needs it. They can have fun, but they also have to make sure that they get good grades and learn a lot so that they can have a successful life.

When you apply for a job nobody is going to ask if you got all A's.

They might not look at grades, but if you are in the top 10% of your class, and go to a Harvard (a good college) versus, a community college, you are more likely to get the job (though it depends on the type of job you want, how competitive that field is, etc.).

Yea they might, but I doubt they would ask for your GPA,as long as you went to a college.

they did a study...people who applied to harvard and got accepted were just as eligible for high jobs, as those who graduated from harvard...and the first group have a four year jump...

Yet you guys seem to completely ignore that if you're going for a higher degree (i.e. law school or med school), all that matters is grades.
