this is why pop never amounts to anything. They steal from every other genre of music. They get the synthed beats from rap and techno, the singing "talent" from that soft crap rock, and the dancing from .... I dunno, clubs and breakdancing and such. I don't even see how pop even got started. My best guess is that it was the whole pre-teen thing. Whatever it is, pop should just be stopped. I can't believe there are people out there that think that is the best music. O well...
