Ever since the ol' Six Switch's run-in with "the law" it seems as if Dim the Lights has seriously gone down the tubes. I know that I am at least a bit hesitant to post anything that could be taken the wrong way. I don't have any great ideas on what to do, just thought I'd point it out because I felt like it.

Don't hold back, nobody can do anything.
And I have noticed it has gone down in posts, but Wilshire and Mark6whatever use to post a lot in there, and they are missing in action.
We need some more dim the lights love.

what run in with the law? well, without saying too much, a few members (2) got in trouble for saying things on here with the school. without saying what they did or anything, the punishments were pretty bad, three days suspension for one, and two for the other. that's all i really feel like saying. it basically sucked because they got in trouble for speaking their minds online. yeah, it sucked.

What the shit is it the school's business? They don't actually have the right to do that, ya know. Those damn fascists can't do a thing about personal opinion, especially if this is a privately run site! I say teach 'em a lesson!
Here's what you do: Get three pigs, shave all the hair off of them, then grease them up with vasoline, or something of the like. You then label these three pigs numbers one, two, and four. You then let them loose in the halls. After they're finally caught, which if they are lubed correctly will take a damn long time, the school staff will wonder why they can't find number three. This worked great at Troy High, it should work there too.

Haha that's great.
And even if they wanted to,you have to be a member and be logged in to view the forums now,so no dice for them.

Or you can take another approach, which my sister and some of her friends did for senior prank: Release dozens of mice into the ventilation system, and let them multiply in the vents.

yeah...good ideas...but the run in with the man was the dean himself...at a private school...so no dice on civil rights...i would suggest the pigs...just feed them well before school...

When letting the pigs loose you gotta remember to give 'em a good slap in the ass, so they'll be on edge for a couple hours and run away more.

i heard they let a pig and a few chickens loose in the halls at bishop foley one year.
oh, and the reason why they "violated" the site was because there was supposedly a death threat on the dean's life. i dont think it matters how private it gets, but when there is any kind of death threat, schools generally dont like that. and the first incident was an issue that started here, and led to actions elsewhere, so as part of the reviewing of evidence and such, they kind of had to come on and check it out.
being on the inside and knowing all the facts from all the incidents, i dont object to anything the school did, it was all legit and standard procedure. but i do agree with scott's actions on securing our community from further spying. (not to mention the name change of a certain nut schlapper)
