I'm divided on this one, I can't decide. The Lord of the Rings soundtracks have some of the greatest music ever made, but then again so does the Kill Bill soundtrack. Which is unfortunately missing the best piece of music from the movie.
So tell me what you think.

I haven't heard all that much Orchestrated music,and I listen to the modern style a hell of a lot more,so I would go with the modern style.

I luve the peter pan soundtrack as well as the moulin rouge one. If anyone would like to buy me the peter pan soundtrack.. i would be forever grateful. thank you! <i wonder if anyone would actually do it? hmm.. please>

I dislike movie soundtracks that just take songs from different bands (most of which aren't in the movie) and randomly throws them together. I prefer hearing the music that was actaully in the movie, hence the term "soundtrack."
Beyond that, I don't really care what kind of music it is, as long as it's good.

The music should suit the movie and for upbeat action movies or comedies i like the modern band type stuff. But there's nothing better than watching big drama listening to symphonies blast the classical stuff...so it depends. I guess I like both.

I bought the princess diary's soundtrack when it came out on video like years ago. I also bought A walk to remember soundtrack that was good. And brief burned me The OC soundtrack WHICH SUCKED!!!!!!!!!

i enjoy most orchestrated... esp. LOTR, but i also am a fan of STs such as spongebob and garden state, which had aweesome musics. UPGRADE

Garden State had a pretty awesome soundtrack,Wicker Park had a pretty decent one and that is all i can think of recently.
