Nah, that's only in the rest of the world. Americans just have too much pride to go see anything that wasn't produced in the good ol' US of A. Spirited Away didn't recieve the respect it deserved because it's Japanese, and we fought them 60 years ago. This is ignoring the fact that we annihilated 300,000 of them with the atom bomb. Okay, so I went a bit too far with that. But still. Bastards.

I'll bet that some of the anime downloaded (not hentai *cough*) would make the list of top Kazaa video downloads.

possibly. Personally, I thought Spirited Away was classic, but Princess Mononoke seems better to me. Don' know why...
I agree with Beel. People are just so stubborn it's idiotic.

I love anime, and I hate it when I hear, from my peers, parents, and siblings, "How can you like that Japanese stuff? It's not even in English!" Well, I can read the subtitles, thank you. I think we, as a people, need to become far more open minded about what we watch and read. Just because it comes from another country doens't make it bad. I mean, seriously, how often do we see "Made in China" or "Made in Taiwan" on objects we buy?
