i only like watching the audition eps, for all the crappy singers. as for other shows, the only one i watch is average joe. the concept is hilarious. and i used to watch the mole too, but they onlyu have gay celeb crap now. man gay o gay

i say yay for the auditions cuz ppl make fools of them selves, besides that maybe nay but i guess it depends on the ppl that go to the finals and such.

The first part is good, when they have the audtions. After that, I dont watch. Hell, I dont even watch now, but I wont mind stopping at the channel for 20 min to check it out.

OOH i love reality shows.. American Idol tho bores me when they sing... but i like watching the auditions its pretty funny!

the real american idol fans hate simon, i love him. i watch it to laugh at how stupid people are, and i agree with simon everytime. i do the same with america's funniest home videos; a lot of people think that once you watch it once, its the same every time or it got old back in the 90s, but i still watch it every sunday. i love laughin my ass off, and american idol and afv are the places to do it (especially with no cable)

I always watch the first round of auditions, just to see people make fools of themselves. It's really funny...and sad. I don't watch finals because those people have some talent and don't usually do stupid things that would entertain me. ^__^;

American Idol is ok once they get near the top and there are some damn good singers on. I think showing all these people who are clearly tone-deaf is a major waste of airtime, though. And Simon Cowell would make an interesting top 40 DJ, as hopefully he would be honest unlike the ones on now who say they like all that shit.
By the way my count is mostly nay, and if you want yea, put YEA, not yay. Please. For the sake of our screwed-up language.
