love or hate? hopefully love...i love this band, i am gonna have to say they are one of my favorites, and one of the best badns of all time. so what do you think? its coolidge.
...some good songs by them are "where is my mind", "river euphrates", " dig for fire ", debaser" and "here comes your man"

Yes,they are among the greats.I don't see how you couldn't enjoy them.
I heard a rumor of a reunion(sp) tour this year...I can only pray that it is true.

i am so excited if that actually happens....word is that they are playing together and thinking abotu a reunion tour but havent announced it because its not for sure.
i would do anything to go to that show, i swear...i dont care if i have to drive halfway across the country....
all you cool kids, you need to go to this concert and you need to LOVE the pixies....enough said....

Ok Frank Black is seriously awesome these guys are one of my favorite bands ever "Dig for fire" is definetley on my top 10 songs of all time list
so listen to them alot

ok...i have still yet to hear them...and i refuse...if theyre as good as i hear...they can wait cuz i already have a huge back up of CD's to get and expose myself to...in the nude...i mean...none?

I give the Pixies a thumbs-up, but I very infrequently hear them. As others have said, a reunion is in the works; they are tentatively scheduled for a big two-day concert in California (along with The Cure, Kraftwerk, and others; I don't recall the name of the show).
From my own experience, I can say that Frank Black is worth seeing as a solo artist. He opened a They Might Be Giants concert at my undergrad college, and he held his own.

where is my mind is tied with steve burns' mighty little man for number one song on the sixswitch.com cd. both are marvelous songs, check them both out, and you will like them both, and that's an order from your Tunes board moderator.
