how do u guys like sum 41?
personally, i like them. i got their first two cds (half hour of power, and all killer no filler) and i gotta say they are both good. my favorite song by them is "what we're all about"

I didn't really like their first two cds but I have their newest cd and I like it a lot better than their old stuff.Different sound that I like better I guess.And the dvd is pretty funny.

I like all of their CDs. Their older CD, "Half Hour of Power", pretty much is garage type punk which I definately like. I hate super produced music. The other two CDs are good too. It's hard to say much bad about them. "All Killer No Filler" had a lot of good poop on it. "Does This Look Infected" is one of the only albums that I know of that is filled with good songs. Pretty much every song on it is excellent. Therefore, all in all I must say that I definately like them.

sum 41 is one of the best punk bands out next to blink so anyone who enjoys punk has to like sum 41

i dont know, thats a pretty generalized statment there, buddy. First of all, punk is a huuuuuuge category. If you go to Interpunk.com, for instance (which many consider the best place to buy anything punk) the top selling bands (for music) right now are Rancid, Starting Line, Anti-Flag, Thought Riot, Against Me!, My Chemical Romance, Coheed and Cambria, and many more, with Blink182's new cd at #15, and Sum41's bestselling cd on Interpunk "Does This Look Infected?" is at the whopping #2825 slot. They are good, but apparently not as good as everyone says. Nevertheless, I still like them.
What do you guys think about the song they did with Iggy Pop recently? I think it is pretty good, and it displays their sweet solo-ing abilitys that they began to show everyone with the Hell Song.

sum 41 is one of the best punk bands out next to blink so anyone who enjoys punk has to like sum 41 Well first of all new Sum 41 isn't really punk,it's more heavy metal,and second,Blink sucks and Sum 41 are a hell of a lot betetr than them. |

and I think their new album is their best, it has some great metal riffs in it, not just power chords and a garage band voice...but it depends on what you like....if you are into the power chords punk crap, well this CD may not be for you.

now these guys.... I remember buying the CD, thinking that it was great and that I liked it. I don't really like them at all. In fact, I regret buying that CD. I don't like any of their other stuff either. Maybe their first CD, because they weren't sold out.
