Here is place to quote a a favorate lyric from one of your bands. NOT the whole song, but like a few meaningfull lines, that mean alot to you and your pituful life. (also you can state what it means to you)
"and when it comes you'll feel the weight of it the weight of it the day will come when you'll get away from it away from it sometimes everything is easy sometimes everything is easy
la la la..." CARAVAN BY BLUR

"Never underestimate my Jesus your telling me that there's no hope I'm telling you your wrong"
-Relient K
"out of all I've learned in life you always keep your friends close to your heart. 'cause who will help you if you're falling down."
-The Ataris
They are both very cool to me because I hold them both to be the truth.

When my fist clenches, crack it open Before I use it and lose my cool When I smile, tell me some bad news Before I laugh and act like a fool
And if I swallow anything evil Put your finger down my throat And if I shiver, please give me a blanket Keep me warm, let me wear your coat
the who...behind blue eyes
well..this shows that we all have emotions, and we need help to control them because they can cause much pain to others.
also the whole mood of the song is very nice...i suggest checking it out...its my favorite song (for lyrics) ever!!!

"Never underestimate my Jesus your telling me that there's no hope I'm telling you your wrong" -Relient K Yeah that is a good song. As for me: "O' Beautiful For Spacious Skies. But now those skies are threatening. They're beating plowshares into swords For this tired old man that we elected king. Armchair warriors often fail and We've been poisoned by these fairytales. Offer up your best defense, But this is the end, this is the end Of the innocence." End of the innocence, DON HENLEY.

"So long, Astoria, I found a map to buried treasure And even if we come up empty handed we'll still have our stories of battlescars, pirate ships and wounded hearts broken bones and all the best of friendships...
And when this hourglass has filtered out its final grain of sand I'll raise my glass to the memories we had..." -So Long, Astoria - The Ataris -
I don't really get all sad and stuff when I lose someone or have to say goodbye for a while, even if they are really close. I guess it's cause I feel that we did what we were supposed to do, and we had great times. Good song, too. Gotta love the Ataris ;D

Song: I Believe I Can Fly Artist: R. Kelly I used to think that I could not go wrong And life was nothing but that an awful song But now I know the meaning of true love I'm leaning on the everlasting arms
2-if I can see it, then I can do (be) it If I just believe it, there's nothing to it
1-I believe I can fly I believe I can touch the sky I think about it every night and day Spread my wings and fly away I believe I can soar I see me running through that open door I believe I can fly I believe I can fly (Oh) I believe I can fly
See I was on the verge of breaking down Sometimes inside us, it can seem so long There are miracles in life I must achieve But first I know it starts inside of me (Repeat 2, 1)
Could I believe in it? (Rpt 2, 1...)
I had to put the whole song becasue it is just that damn good. If you listen to the words they are jsut so powerfull and so damn meaningful

come up to meet you tell you i'm sorry you don't know how lovely you are
i had to find you tell you i need you tell you i set you apart
tell me your secrets and ask me your questions oh, let's go back to the start
was just guessing the numbers and figures pullin the puzzles apart questions of science science and progress do not speak as loud as my heart
tell me you love me come back and hold me oh and i'll rush to the start runnin in circles chasing our tails coming back as we are
nobody said it was easy it's such a shame for us to part nobody said it was easy no one ever said it would be so hard i'm going back to the start
This is exactly how I feel right now...I really don't think it needs explaining...

The lyrics to "Soot and Stars" by The Smashing Pumpkins. They're too long to list here, cuz the song is seven straight minutes of just lyrics, so you'll just have to download and see what I mean.

Shroud-ing all the ground around me Is this holy crow above me. Black as holes within a memory And blue as our new second sun. I stick my hand into his shadow To pull the pieces from the sand. Which I attempt to reassemble To see just who I might have been. I do not recognize the vessel, But the eyes seem so familiar. Like phosphorescent desert buttons Singing one familiar song...
That was a bit of lyrical genius from Tool’s “Third Eye”.

"Maybe i could tell you To keep your head up and follow through Good things'll come to you. I could worry myself to death about you Hope you get there safely"
'Safely' ~Hot Rod Circuit. By far one of the best.

Haha, maybe it's just me, but those lyrics are basically saying they have no energy in their music, no soul or emotion, and there isn't any meaning at all. I don't know about you, but those are some pretty funny lyrics
