Theyare both good,but I liked the first Crash kart game better.
And I would go with Mario Kart,it is just so great.

Double Dash is unbeatable, but it would have gotten some good competition from Crash Team Racing, possibly the best racer for PS1. I heard CNK wasn't nearly as good as the original though. Plus in CTR you could play as a penguin. And any game with a penguin in it gets an automatic boost in coolness, cuz penguins are awesome.

I dont have doubledash yet but i will be getting it for christmas
what i have seen of it is that it is going to great and variably unbeatable by nay other agme in its genre

double dash is undeniably great. i do have one problem. battle mode was awful. i have a hard time understanding why it was included

i have yet to play the new mario kart game....though from what ive heard its supposed to be one of the greatest out there
