okay, here's my deal. GTA 3 was like, the concept for how VC was made... it basically paved the way for VC to become big... which one is better? i may have to say VC, not only because of the setting, but also the way it was designed.

Like i do with all games with the same title. I try to view them in different categories.
GTA3 was, in my mind, revolutionary. Vice City built off of that but was pretty much a different game. Different not in gameplay, but in story and how you could interact in that story.
GTA3, when played after VC seems choppy and all that, but i do think Rockstar rushed production of VC. Too many glitches. One moment i'd be running from the cops with a 4 star level on a mission, the next i'd have half of my body in a bridge and the other half under the cement and not being able to move my character.
