I pick GTA .. Mainly because I don't like FPS games and I DO like Driving games.  |

;D i love fps 's so i love halo that is the only reason why i got the xbox. I cant wait til they have gta vice city for the xbox then i will get it

GTA, I think Halo was very overrated, even though I do have an Xbox. I also hate FPS's, but like some driving games, and GTA is one of them.

Very hard decision for me,I love them both...but I guess I have just played Halo more times with friends and such,but I still pick up GTA3 and play it every once in a while.It is very close.

Halo for me. GTA lacks the multiplayer which is what makes Halo so much fun

Yea a lot of people have been having that.If anyone has any more problems check out the help forum.
And yea the multiplayer in Halo is what does it for me too.

i changed my mind i like GTA better. theres just something about conquering an entire city while listening to 80's tunes and if there is time stopping at the occasional strip joint

well they're both very well-made games, its hard to choose.
GTA made you laugh at the spectacle of nailing a hooker then beating her to death and taking your money back.
Halo made you cry, just because of how frickin amazing it was.
But I'd have to say Halo, cuz in gta if you failed a mission, you had to go around town and collect all the armor/weapons/etc again, which could really piss me off

Yea that did suck.
But if you look at it they are two different games not even the same type of game.That is why it is hard to pick a fav.

It All depends on what genres you like obviously, I go for GTA cause I don't like FPS's, etc.

and that negates the question because if someone doesn't like FPS's then they automatically pick Halo as the default which does do justice to either game
