Well how many hours do you sleep?
I never get more than five hours a night, and I hate it.The worst feeling in the world is being dead tired, but not being able to sleep.I hate it.
Well,what about you all?

Most school nights I go to bed pretty late and wake up early. I'm tired all week, but on the weekends I normally go to sleep late and wake up when I wake up. That's the only time I get enough sleep.

I think I average around 6. I wish I could get an undertermineable amount as a possibility, but school sucks, and starts too early.

It depends on the night, I work at 7:15 Monday and Wednesday mornings so I never get enough sleep those nights and those are very long days. Weekends are great, although I get to get up at 9 tomorrow. Which is still fairly early in my mind, considering it's 12 and I'm probably not going to get to sleep for multiple hours now. I feel tired almost constantly, look tired even when I don't feel I am, and remember only a couple of times in the last year waking up and feeling rested. Primary and High school does indeed start too early, I remember seeing an article about a study done where they pushed it back a few hours in the day and the students did better in their classes. I wish I could remember more specifics.

On weekends I usually get more than 10 hours of sleep because I just won't wake up in the mornings, but on week days when I have to get up I probably get around 7 hours of sleep.

On weekdays i have no more than 5 hrs. of sleep...it's more of a conscious decision that I make to stay up...I should change that....but I probly won't...
