Yes, welcome and move around as you please. Well, unless you're in a full body cast with a hundred fractures. You might want to take it easy if you're like that, because with one false move... *WHAM* your spine is shot and you're stuck forever. Then you can never be on this site for the fact you cant move your arms.... though you could orate all your posts...
