I wouldn't be too sure, there was that one guy in the 70's killed a couple million in his country then just sorta left, nobody stopped him, he died in tyrant retirement in a small mansion in saudi arabia from (get this) old age.
don't hand him over to the Iraqi, give him to Israel, I'm sure they can concoct some fun torture methods for the guy.

Everything I was going to say was pretty much said. They can't kill him because that'll turn him into a martyr and increase the anti-American sentiment overseas (half of Europe already hates us for this). Will they just shoot him? That will create more problems then it can solve. Will they defer to the Iraqi government, some of which might be pro-Saddam or anti-US? Or are they going to try him in an international court? It'll probably be a Nuremberg-like tribunal (Nuremberg, Germany was where they had the famous trials where they tried the high ranking Nazi officials for crimes against humanity) where not only Saddam would be tried for war crimes and genocide (the Kurds), but his followers too. It seems more likely that they'll go with the international criminal court. ^__^; We just watched a video about the Nuremberg trials in history yesterday.

I agree its time for him to die, but im glad the soldiers had enough self-control not to kill him on the spot. If the us had killed him soo many of his followers would like be after us and suff.  |

Aside from my alien clone comment, I have some news. Everyone knows how the U.S.'s top-notch intelligence was the reason we were able to capture Saddam? Well it wasn't. Turns out that was all one big farse. Kurdish militia men were the ones that nabbed him first. They roughed him up, drugged him, and sealed him in that hole for the Americans to come pick him up. What an asshole, that Bush. He's just a big fuckin' hero now, isn't he?

If we (US) were to kill Fuck Face (Sadam) then the US would be at an extream lose. Even tho Fuck Face is captured he still has loyalists...who would kiil anyone who is against Sadam. Sadam Has control weither we like it or not. They way we get rid of his control is by telling him to tell is loyalists to give up their arms.
This is what we should do. Killing Fuck Face would cause a bigger problem.

what exactly does Saddam (note the spelling) have control of? and for the record, the US is not killing him. if anyone, it will be the iraqis (and this will probaly happen). and his loyalists may not be as angry as youd think. as ive said before, they are angry over the way he surrendered without a fight.
