Like I said in another thread on dances. It all depends on who's there with you. Dances can be a blast with a group of friends and the right attitude. I agree. With the number of dances that i have been to, the ones with the majority of my friends were the best. It all depends on who's there and your own viewpoint on the situation. If you go there with the attitude of having a bad time, you're garunteed to have a bad time. I personally would go, but i cant make it due to prior arrangements.

Yet again i stand with Ben wallice. I'm not going to say it, by now it is almost given..." The show given by the school is no different. Whether they put up more decorations, sell shirts, or play more or less stupidity driven rap music makes no difference to the dance. Every dance is the same, no matter what the school does. The DJ does not matter, the decorations do not matter. The outlook on the night and the enviroment of friends are the only existing variables.
Open your minds and destroy the narrow outlook. You cant say a dance sucks unless you put full effort into the attempt of having a good time.
It works. Try it, unless you wish to follow the labels given to you by wallice and others.

I tried it last year. It didn't work. I ignored the music and scenery. I just sat and talked to my friends. I came to the realization that I could sit and talk to my friends anywhere. So why not do that somewhere fun, like a bowling alley, or in front of a TV with a controller in hand?

trully. you don't need to spend money to enjoy your time with your friends. oh and another reason that might change the dance expirience. if u don't know how to or u don't like to. go to a party with your friends instead. meet new people instead of the same old ones you always hang out with. thats what usually happens at parties.

not only did that snow get all over, but it also burned when it touched your skin, and inhaling flakes up your nose (i got three) was like snorting pool water.
but hey, im only out a dollar, so i consider it a night well wasted

And Jimbo told me to go because there was going to be a snow machine. Ha!
I bowled 10 games within about an hour and a half. My arm hurts. Still better than burning skin...
