I dunno. Talk to Bricker, he's the one who started this whole mess... BTW, do you have a more detailed description of the Tau-Ork battle? It sounds... Intriguing.

What kind of topic is bricker? I'm sorry William but you don't happen to go to U of D and wouldn't know Bricker. Look at the first post! It's trash! ********************************************* Yes, I did have a more detailed account of the ork-tau battle. Warhammer is turn based, just a little info before I start. The game lated one turn a very rare occurence. Ork Speed Freaks Turn 1 (Paul)The orks managed to get the first turn. (Paul and Bricker rolled for it.) The whole ork army mounted in war buggies (open topped, flat bed trucks that have paper for armour) moved over three quarters of the table. (kinda small with all things considered, but basically still met minimum req.) The orks then jumped out of thier vehicles ready to slay some panzy tau. The orks really didn't accomplish much in terms of shooting maybe taking out 2-5 tau fire warriors (basic tau foot-soliders) and their lack of death to the tau wasn't caused by Paul's rolling just that an ork can't fire a gun. Anyway, the assult trun! The orks charge six inches into Bricker's tau forces yelling WAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGHHHHH! The orks wipe out more than half of the tau forces and sweep into the remaining units wanting more blood. Tau Turn 1 (Bricker)I Quit!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Cry, wimper) And that's the time the orks beat the tau.

Close, Jeff. I'll tell it though, I was playing after all.
Table and Terrain: 4 foot square, with some trees, and my barricade. Mission: Cleanse (capture table quarters) Armies: Me: Ork Speed Freekz (tough ol' greenskins, all riding very fast, lighly armored vehicles. Poor with guns, great with large blunt things.) And Bricker: Tau (a young alien race with nice weapon technology. Nice guns, although the warriors themselves lack combat prowess. Uses skill and tactics instead of brute force.) Deployment: Each side gets a whole quarter to deploy. I deployed as far up as possible, Bricker went as far back as possible. My force consisted of many orks, riding their trukks, among some warbuggies (guns on wheels), bikes (ork motorcycles), and the warboss and bodyguard (army leaders, wears thick armor and wields massive power claws.) Brickers force was a large amount of fire warriors (basic troops, carry nice guns but lack skill), Kroot (bloodthirsty mercenary aliens, good at hand to hand), some crisis suits (large armor, with jump packs and nicer guns), a broadside (a very large crisis suit with massive gun), and his commander in crisis suit. We rolled for turns, and I won. Off we went... Before the game began, the Orks got a "Fighta-Bomma Raid." Since I payed the points in my army construction, I was entitled to a preliminary bombardment. Basically, I have a chance to kill some stuff before the game began. I rolled somewhat poorly, and only hit one unit, his broadside. He only lost one wound, so survived. Oh well...
Turn one: The Orks sped up toward the densly packed enemy. Everything moved as far as it could to the enemy. Next is the shooting phase, and while Orks aren't proficient with guns, I did manage to do some damage. After all, you don't need aim to fire a flame weapon. So I did just that, and after some fire and some attempted gunnery, about half of the Kroot and a good chunk of the Fire Warriors were dead. After that, all (all 30 or so) Orks piled out of the trukks, ready to tear Brickers poor warriors to shreds. At this point, Bricker realized that he could not hope to win, as the Tau are the worst army in the game at close combat, and his only good melee squad was already mostly dead. So he forfieted the game, and I had to suffer another game where I didn't get to kill everything...
If you didn't feel like reading all of that, I understand. It's ok, I don't expect very many people here to even care, but Miles asked.
