Yes, Bowling does indeed rock. And choosing which sports are "major" is very ambiguous. Who's to say which are or not?

maybe he is talking about the sports that are watched a lot on t.v. and the amount of people who go to the games compared to other sports(i.e. bowling, golf, and lacrosse.)

How could someone say that bowling isn't a major sport when more people have bowled than playing sports like basketball and football. It's on TV too, so you do the math.

but how many people attend the bowling matches.and how many people watch it on t.v.? not alot of people do. and its not true more people play bowling.yeah alot of people play for recreational reasons. but alot of people play hockey,football,baseball,and basketball for recreational reasons too.sol more people still play those sports more.

More people bowl for recreation than that play the other sports. You never talk to someone who's never bowled.

well...lets see...i think he still means on tv and such...so bowling gets about as much coverage as trick pool...which is much more entertaining to watch..so as a common activity...bowling...for watching...well...lets leave that to the pro's (hah...i made a funny)...

basketball rules!!!!they allow highschool kids in.haha. plus they have soo many good people.and they dont go on strike like baseball because they dont get paid enough.and football is wierd....and hockey is uncool except the red wings. basketball has gone one strike too, and they had a lockout that basically was a strike |

The game needs to go back to the good ol' days. and if you don't believe look at their record and how they perform and by the way go DEVILS |

despite the recent...go back 4 years...and earlie...we kicked...and of all our sports teams...we dont get rated as worst team ever practically...i mean we laugh at lions and tigers and pistons arent evn mentioned anymore...

yes the pistons sucked alot 2 years ago.they werent even at .500 i believe.now look at them.having the best record in the eastern conference last year?wow thats just amazing.GO PISTSONS!

to bad they went and fired the guy who brought them up from the central division cellar. i hope the pacers win the central division this year, just to show that carlisle rocks. but besides that, pistons rock
