Half-Life could have a good story if they do it right. I'd like to see it directed by Brian DePalma, with Gary Sinise as the infamous G-Man. yeah, G-Sinise-Dawggg is so cool, he's got 4 g's (count 'em again! 4!) in his street name. oh yeah. and he's a good actor too

people with g's in their names DO rock! green lantern, garth, george washington.....
and what they really need to make into a movie is a star wars flick without a completely worthless plot and acting.

I think that final fantasy movies would be sweet. Also, the spiderman sequal looks like its going to be sweet. I wish they'd put in venom though.

Yeah, but in order to have Venom, they'd have to explain the Secret Wars, with Madame Web, The Beyonder, and Carnage and whatnot. And that'd take an entire other movie to cover. plus they'd defnally have to render him completely in CG, and that'd be a pain in the ass.
And do you even have to ask who would play Gordon Freeman? Charlie Sheen, dude. Just give him a goatee and he's the spitting image. Plus he's a pretty cool actor, depending on the movie he's in.

It's true that it would probably take a whole movie to set up venom's entrance, but i'd be worth it
