yeah, i bought family guy season 3 and clerks uncensored at the same time. but the register guy scanned the family guy first, so technically clerks was my last dvd purchased

I bought Shaolin Soccer, this crazy and sweet comedy movie that grossed #1 in China in 2000.
At the same time I bought Battle Royale, this movie that is also crazy and sweet, but in a different way. You see, it's a Japanese movie, so it's about helpless teenagers being forced to tear eachother apart on a remote tropical island. It's so cool, I shit my pants.

its not like fukusaku was any kurosawa or anything. he wasnt THAT great of a director, so as long as it has kids killing each other its gonna be sweet

are you shitting me. that manga sucked so badly i read it and then took it back to borders to get my 10 bucks back. the movie is sweet. the realism is amazing, everyone knows you can be shot 8 times, answer the phone, got over to the couch, eat a cookie, and then comment about that cookie before you actually die. Also, when you get shot, your clothes will never rip, ever.

I never read the manga but the movie holds a place in my heart. I wish they would give it a shitty dub so I can laugh twice as much.
