Outkast is really the only Rap or R&B group I like, mainly because they have such a heavy reggae influence (me loves reggae)

reggae is ok, in my opinion. I could handle a Bob Marley song or two. Ska is ok, but only real ska, none of this ska-rock or ska-metal (yes, it does exist).
To be good ska or reggae, the tempo must be slow, and the lyrics must flow. You can't rush these types of things.
I don't really like Outkast enough to buy or download or borrow any of their stuff, but if it comes on the radio while I'm sittin there, I'll turn it up. I kind of agree with you, IamAlia, their reggae influence is niiiiiice.
