asian man records is my fav, because of the personality, originality, and music. vagrant is second, because they host the up-and-coming Moneen and now Alk3, but they do have crap bands like FATA. I dunno, Fat Records isn't that bad at all, either. Nice punk rock stuff on there. I've heard good things about Island Records, too.
