I have no luck with girls. Seriously, I'm like, the sterotypical 'gay' friend. Even though, I'm only Bi. I'm the friend they can talk to, but wouldnt consider dating me in a million years. Any tips on getting them to like me? Or, do you have similar expericiances.

I'm in your spot, with the whole being bi thing and trying to find somebody. Though I tend to have more luck with guys...I'm vain (a warning). Advice. Be yourself. This means no lying, no trying to act tough and cool. Ask her questions about herself. Use a question, expand and start a conversation (it works). Old Spice is your friend. Hygene (sp) is very important. You don't have to be dressed in the latest gear but at least try to match. Um... awkward pauses of silence. There will be some, even in healthy relationships. Fill them in with witty remarks. If that doesn't work, talk about how much you hate school. Not much advice, sorry. I don't read Teen or Seventeen so I'm not "hip" to the latest info. |
