It's true that it wouldn't work, because people have different jobs and roles in society, and paying everyone the same no matter what will screw over those who work hardest. There's no motivation to do anything. However, take a trip through downtown Detroit and communism doesn't sound too shabby. We can easily say communism is evil and useless because we haven't got it tough. But if you're working 70 hours a week for minimum wage just to stay alive while you see business execs get $120,000 a year for telling peope what to do, you're gonna want some justice.

well...communism works...not well...but it does...it is the branch off from Marxism (the ideal government that cant work)...they branched it off as an attempt to make a version of marxism work...they failed...i think its possible to do a minor communism...but only with a small territory...like the population of everyone in oakland county that doesnt own a bmw...(small enough group? or should i make it an escape or explorer...)

how can you deny communism when youre all christian? the whole concept behind a lot of christian orders is that everyone is equal. but there needs to be some sort of leadership ao theres some sort of heirarchy. seriously though, if you hate communism so much, why dont you look at your own religions. the whole idea behind no private property? thats both communism in action in religious orders. think about it you idiots

Communism doesn't work because it goes against a core human trait: greed. The reason that communism won't ever work is that in order for that to happen, no person can stay in power. However, in order to come into existence, communism must be led by the proletariot, and have a leader to set the system up. The leader never really gives up power, however, because of greed, and thus establishes a dictatorship of the proletariot. People see that they too can have this power, and thus inherit it from the previous dictator. Thus communism requires a society to have no greed, which will never happen.
Christianity is indeed supposedly based on communistic principles, but at the same time the bible contradicts itself on so much, who can tell what they're really talking about anyways? If we went by what the bible said, we would still be sacrificing bulls. So don't listen to the bible.

An example of the bible contradicting itself is when God apologized to Noah after the flood, but the bible also says that God can never make a mistake, yet he acknowledges one right there. He says that he will never do it again. What a huge load of lies.

Since God is Jesus that means that Jesus is also a liar.

No, there are 0 contradictions...
God apologized to Noah and said that he was sorry he had to be put through the flood, he never said it was wrong...
after that he said that he would never do it again...and he hasn't...
so back off that...
and christianity came before communism... so communism is based of christianity...
also...communism doesnt work..but it would be good if it did...
and the bull sacraficing ended once Jesus died and rose to life...

but just by saying he was sorry that proves that it was not the right thing to do. And it furhter proves that god was wrong because he hasn't fooded the earth since. And why did god kill all of the animals except the floaters and the fish?

Damn those floaters...they're always the lucky ones...
And I don't think that one could say communism was based on Christianity, since if you read the base of Marxism and other theories, you see that most of it is based on economics

you can say that communism was not based of christianity for the reason that Russia (the main communist country for most of the 20th century) outlawed all religions

ok...it didnt support religion, but it shared many basic principles...

well, it shared charity, a big part of most religions. but besides that theres nothing religious about it. in fact Marx was very much against religion. he felt that religion was used to control the workers (hence his "religion is the opiate of the people" quote), and those beliefs were copied in communist russia

it shared the equivilence concept and principle also, also the idea that the government is necessary...

thats true about the equivilence concept, but communisms ultimate goal was to get rid of all government, which is why most "communist" countries are more socialist than communist
