i really..honestly...don't think many people would give up their lives for their unborn child, but that's just me think you'd be surprised how many people would die for their child--born or not *EDIT*--i also think it's a good time to point out that the proponents of legalized abortion (particularly the originators of Planned Parenthood), wanted abortion to be legal for the purpose of controling the population of "undesirables." such as blacks, asians, jews, irish, italians, the mentally challenged, physically handicapped, etc, etc. They were the American forerunners of the German Nazis |

i hate these threads,but anyways whatever.
if your going to get knocked up you should have to deal with it,not just kill a poor baby(fetus).if you don't want a baby,its pretty simple...don't be a whorebag.then nobody dies,nobody has to whine about it,and we won't have these threads that never get anywhere.so how about it?

people need to be held accountable for their actions. if you have sex, and you get pregant (gee, who'd would think that could possibly happen?) the two people have an obligation to insure that the child has the best life possible. whether that means keeping it or giving it up for adoption. but i suppose you'll just say that the adoption system is messed up. 1) it's not as bad as you probably think; 2) wouldn't it be better to fix the system then to subject women to one of the more traumatic experiences they could possibly encounter?

you say it as though the women do not know what kind of experience it could be. Yeah, i could be traumatic but no one is forcing them to do it (in some cases) and even if someone is, it is not as though they don't know what the consequences will be.
I addressed abortion before. Honestly though, adoption isn't as merry and simple as people think. Yeah, just leave the baby in the hostpital, don't throw it away, then everything will be okay. Well, it's not. es, in some parts of america adoption sytems ar fine, but in a lot of parts it isn't.
Yeah, peope should be held accountable for their actions. But should the child have to pay for the parents "mistake"? All situations are different, not all are good.
